Thanks for visiting the online home for the Charlottesville Lightning. We are an AAU affiliated girls' basketball organization. We provide opportunities for young ladies, coaches, and volunteers from Charlottesville and the surrounding area, to participate in competitive basketball programs, youth mentoring, and community contribution.
Established in 2002, the Charlottesville Lightning is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and is operated by its all-volunteer directors, coaches, and members. To donate, visit our Sponsors Page.
Teams are currently playing for the 2009-2010 season in the U9-U16 age groups.
